According to Strava, my last run was an easy 12.5km on September 15. I was so excited because my leg didn’t even niggle until the last 3km.

Unfortunately, my excitement was short-lived and 2 days later my podiatrist banned me from running.
So, what have I been doing instead? At first I was walking and doing strength workouts, before I was banned from that too. I’m allowed to cycle, as long as there’s no resistance on my leg. I bought an electric bike, but have been hesitant to ride. It’s pedal assist; I still need to pedal, and my neighbourhood is hilly.
I’ve been playing sudoku, building this site and rebuilding BiancaJessica.com, and watching a lot of TV… A lot of TV.

The next 2-3 weeks will also have lots of couch time as I train my leg to run again. What should I watch next?
